Appointment Types:

There are four types of appointments / consultation that are offered by the surgery. These are:

- Non-urgent Appointments. (Scheduled in advance with your usual doctor)

- Urgent Appointments. (On the same day as your appointment request by with the first doctor available)

- Telephone Advice. (A doctor will be happy to discuss your problem over the telephone)

- Home Visits (If necessary doctor are available to visit you at your home)

How to cancel an appointment?

If you are unable to keep an appointment please telephone the surgery on 01865 872448 as soon as possible.  Doing so will allow your appointment to be allocated to someone else.

Please do not leave messages on the answer machine during the hours we are closed.
