Child Health Clinic
Who is the clinic for?
This clinic is run for all parents with babies and children under the age of 5.
What is the purpose of the clinic?
- To recieve professional help and advice on all aspects of childcare
- To meet other parents
- To weigh your baby
- To immunise your child
- See the GP for their 8 week and 3.5 yr checks (you can also see him or his locum for other health concerns without an appointment.)
However, please do NOT to bring your unwell child to this clinic but make an appointment at the surgery. The health visitors are also there to discuss any of your concerns and give you advice on any aspect of your child’s development and behaviour you do not need to make an appointment but just turn up and you will be very welcome.
What are the clinic opening times?
The clinics are held every:
Wednesday from 1.30 - 3.30pm at the surgery.
No appointment is necessary. Please call in.
Who runs the clinic?
The clinic is run by The Health Visitors Gerry Jewell and Sally Carpenter with
Dr Harnden or his Locum.
