Annual Review/ Mid Year Review:
The aim of these reviews is to ensure that optimum control of diabetes is being maintained and to look for and help prevent the possible complications of Diabetes.
In order that we have all the information available we request that you have a fasting blood test done at least 2 weeks before you appointment. This test needs to be done on an empty stomach, so we recommend that you have nothing to eat after your last meal of the day the evening before. We would also like you to bring along a sample of your first urine of the day to your blood appointment.
