Tracey Bancroft, Marion Cleaver and Cathy Webb are responsible for taking blood and ensuring its transportation to the local laboratories. Blood tests appointments are available between 8.10am and 1pm Monday – Friday, which can be made via reception. A doctor or the hospital must authorize all tests before they can be taken.
Receptionists CANNOT give out results.
Blood Results are normally returned to us you within 7 days. Your doctor should give you details of how to obtain your blood results once they are back.
Normally your doctor contacts you if there are any problems/abnormalities with your results or they will suggest, you return to see him or her, 7-14 days after the blood is done.
