Tracey Bancroft, Marion Cleaver, Cathy Webb and Vikki Eaton are responsible for taking blood and ensuring its transportation to the local laboratories. Blood tests appointments are available between 8.10am and 1pm Monday – Friday, which can be made via reception. A doctor or the hospital must authorize all tests before they can be taken.
Receptionists CANNOT give out results.
Blood Results are normally returned to us you within 7 days. Your doctor should give you details of how to obtain your blood results once they are back.
Normally your doctor contacts you if there are any problems/abnormalities with your results or they will suggest, you return to see him or her, 7-14 days after the blood is done.
