Saturday morning appointments are pre-booked and it is not a walk-in clinic. The doctors take it in turns to offer the Saturday surgery but cannot do home visits or take phone calls. A nurse clinic runs alongside with pre-bookable appointments for general nursing procedures, including dressings, immunisations and cervical screening.
Although the practice is open for appointments until 8.00pm on certain days, the main doors will be locked from 6.30pm for staff safety reasons. If you have a booked appointment between 6.30pm and 8.00pm then the receptionist on duty will be waiting for you and will let you in to the surgery.
The surgery is closed for bank holidays (including the Saturday of that weekend).

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
